How Do I Enroll?

  1. Begin by choosing your Payment plan: Options 1, 2, 3 or something else (custom plans are available, just speak to Sarah)

  2. Deposits can be sent ASAP to

    • Credit Card (Sarah will invoice you via email)

      **Once your deposit is received, your place in the retreat is secured.

  3. Review our Cancellation Policy and Release of Liability Waiver. You will be asked to sign and return those upon sending your Deposit.

  4. Fill out the Registration Form below. Sarah will send you two separate items via email. The first are the Policy sheets to sign (see above #4) and the second: she will set up your payment plan and email you the link to begin that plan. ie, if you put your deposit down in December, your payment plan will start the following month, January. etc.

REFUND POLICY: We always recommend TRIP INSURANCE in case you have a cancellation or some kind of force majeur happens. This way, you can get the cost of your personal airfare and trip price refunded. Whether you use trip insurance or not, our personal refund policy is as follows: If for some reason you must cancel your trip, a cancellation fee of $1,000.00 U.S. is non-refundable after 2/2/2026. If you cancel 180 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 50% credit minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel 61-180 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 25% credit minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel 0-60 days prior to the start of the retreat, no refunds or credits will be given.
